Toon Train will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase for items returned in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.  We will happily credit the original credit card for items returned in a new, unused condition.

Exchanges

Toon Train does not offer direct exchanges.  As an alternative, first complete the return procedure for the original item(s).  Then, place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.
